Project Description:

To supply the high-quality water for the biggest industrial complex in Iran (Mobarakeh Steel Co.), a water line was designed to transfer the required water from the upside river (Zayandeh-Rood). En route to transfer line, a pump station in Cham Aseman Dam facilities along with a PRV station at the entrance of refinery (Safaeeyeh) station, and valve stations were considered and installed as the scope of project. Control and monitoring system implemented for aforementioned local stations. In addition, a central control room was built and installed. A stable data transfer line from local station to the old and new CCR was considered. Engineering, Procurement, Installation and commissioning for control and monitoring system was in the scope of SAAIEN Co.

Project Description:

Water distribution network are very sophisticated and in large scale in metropolitan areas. Pressure control system plays an essential role for an outlet of PRV station. Remote control of pressure has been a challenging concern for water distribution companies. Data gathering, network performance monitoring and analyzing, and optimization of operations are the main goals to aim for such companies. A standard hydraulic system for pressure control and a telecommunication system capable of connecting to SCADA systems were designed and implemented. Note: this industrial design was the first domestic product using this technology and registered in Real Estate Registration Organization of Iran.

Project Description:

Electro chlorination is the process of producing hypochlorite by running an electric current through saltwater. This approach is being used to disinfect the water and make it safe for industrial purposes. As this technology eliminates the dependency on foreign suppliers and high costs of commercial products, it finds its application in a broad spectrum of industrial plants where they require biological growth control in water treatment system. Like other similar industrial packages, the control system is the heart of the system. As part of the project scope, we modified, upgraded, optimized the system logic and then tested and relaunched the electro chlorination package in the phase 19th, South Pars site (SP19).
